Mondays: 

  • 8:30am FIT45 - Kathryn - 45 minutes - 30 min cardio and core circuit with 15 minute flexibility training through dynamic and/or yoga based movements.

  • 5:30pm Super Strength - Kathryn - Focus on building muscle, heavier weights encouraged. At times we amp up our heart rate with cardio bursts. 

Tuesdays: 

  • 8:30am Body Blast - Ashley -Timed exercise to test strength and endurance.

Wednesdays: ​ 

  • 9:00 am Yoga - Karen - This class will focus on gentle movement and static stretching.

  • 5:30pm Super Strength Tabata - strength focused 20/10 second intervals 4 minute sets-Karm

Thursdays: 

  • ​8:30am Body Blast Ashley -Timed exercise will push your strength endurance to the next level

  • 5:30pm Yoga - Karen - Hatha Yoga based where postures practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility. Breath work integrated for relaxation and mental focus. 

​Fridays:

  • 12:15PMLunch Break BlastAshley - 30 min. fast paced/strength based. Come warmed up, cool down and stretch optional. 


 Saturdays: 

  • ​8:30AM - WEEKEND WARRIORS 8:30AM- Kathryn-anything goes. Just know you will survive! Circuit Style workout.
